Account & Registration

Creating a phspib account is quick and straightforward. Visit the phspib homepage and click the registration button. You will be asked to provide your full name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and a secure password. You must be at least 21 years old to register, in line with PAGCOR regulations. After submitting your details, verify your email address via the confirmation link we send you. Your account will then be active and ready to use.

The minimum age to register and play on phspib is 21 years old, as required by PAGCOR and Philippine law. We conduct mandatory age verification (KYC) for all accounts. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and funds returned in accordance with applicable regulations. We take underage gambling very seriously.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before you can make your first withdrawal. Log in to your phspib account, go to Account Settings, and select "Verify My Account." You will need to upload a clear photo of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID) and a selfie holding the ID. No. phspib strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If you have forgotten your login details, use the "Forgot Password" feature or contact our 24/7 live chat support.

On the phspib login page, click "Forgot Password." Enter the email address registered to your account and we will send you a password reset link. The link is valid for 30 minutes. Deposits & Payments

phspib accepts a wide range of Philippine payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and major credit/debit cards (Visa and Mastercard). All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). We are constantly adding new payment options to make banking as convenient as possible for players across the Philippines.

The minimum deposit on phspib is ₱100 for most payment methods, including GCash and PayMaya. For bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank, the minimum deposit is ₱500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though very large deposits may require additional verification in line with our AML (Anti-Money Laundering) obligations.

GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your phspib account instantly in most cases. Visa/Mastercard deposits typically take 1–5 minutes. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to 30 minutes during business hours, and up to 2 hours outside business hours. If your deposit has not appeared after 2 hours, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

phspib does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may apply their own transaction fees. We recommend checking with your payment provider before making a deposit. phspib absorbs all processing costs on our end so that 100% of your deposit reaches your gaming balance.

Withdrawals

Log in to your phspib account and go to the "Cashier" section. Select "Withdraw," choose your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank), enter the amount, and confirm. Make sure your account is fully KYC-verified before requesting a withdrawal – unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals. Withdrawals are sent to the same account or wallet used for your most recent deposit.

phspib processes withdrawal requests within 1–4 hours for verified accounts – one of the fastest payout times in the Philippines. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically received within minutes of processing. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take an additional 1–3 business hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. Withdrawals requested outside business hours are processed first thing the following morning.

The minimum withdrawal amount on phspib is ₱200. The maximum single withdrawal is ₱500,000 per transaction. Players with VIP status may have higher limits. If you need to withdraw an amount above the standard limit, please contact our support team in advance so we can arrange processing without delays.

Common reasons for a delayed or declined withdrawal include: incomplete KYC verification, an active bonus with unmet wagering requirements, a mismatch between your registered name and your payment account name, or a flagged security review. Self-exclusion closes your phspib account for a period of your choosing: 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, or permanently. To activate it, go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion. Confirm your chosen period and your account will be closed immediately.
