If phspib becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, that data will be immediately and permanently deleted, the associated account will be closed, and any funds in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Policy was most recently revised. Your continued use of the phspib Platform after the effective date of any revised Policy constitutes your acknowledgement of the changes.
