These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the phspib platform. By registering an account or placing a bet on phspib, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phspib. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the phspib platform. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use phspib services in the Philippines.
By accessing, registering on, or using the phspib website and its associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("User", "Player", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the phspib Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the phspib Platform. If you are accessing phspib on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.
phspib reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
To register and use phspib, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
phspib reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by phspib may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.
Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed. All funds in such an account will be forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law.
Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on phspib. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update any information that changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phspib login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:
phspib will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility unless you have notified phspib of a security breach in a timely manner.
All transactions on phspib are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phspib accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your phspib account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method. phspib does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the phspib payments page. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
phspib reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, including requesting supporting documentation, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations under Philippine law. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account, subject to phspib's verification procedures.
phspib is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network outages beyond our reasonable control.
phspib offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Attempting to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or any other strategy deemed abusive by phspib may result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and suspension or closure of the account.
All games available on phspib use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems that are independently audited for fairness. The published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are accurate and reflect the theoretical long-term payout rates.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, phspib's records shall be the definitive source of truth for determining the outcome of any game round. phspib is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond our reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
phspib reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
Players are expected to conduct themselves with respect toward other players and phspib staff at all times, particularly in live dealer environments. Abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour may result in immediate account suspension.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on phspib and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phspib Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from phspib without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phspib, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the phspib Platform.
phspib's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phspib account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phspib's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
phspib reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Upon closure of an account for reasons other than a breach by the player, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus funds and associated winnings are non-refundable upon account closure.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting phspib support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact phspib's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. phspib will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.
phspib reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phspib will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the phspib Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.
