Safe Play First
At phspib, we believe that gaming should always be fun, safe, and within your control. Our responsible gaming programme gives every Filipino player the tools, information, and support they need to keep their play healthy – because your well-being matters more than any jackpot.
Our Commitment
phspib is one of the Philippines' most trusted online gaming platforms, and with that trust comes a serious responsibility. We are committed to providing a safe, fair, and transparent environment for all our players across Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, Makati, and every corner of the archipelago.
Responsible gaming means understanding that gambling is a form of entertainment – not a way to earn income, solve financial problems, or cope with stress. When gaming stops being fun, it's time to take a step back. phspib makes that step as easy as possible with built-in tools available directly from your account dashboard.
Our responsible gaming programme is built around three core principles: Prevention (keeping at-risk play from escalating), Intervention (identifying and supporting players who may be struggling), and Protection (giving players the tools to stay in control at all times).
Player Tools
Every phspib account comes with a full suite of responsible gaming tools, accessible 24/7 from your account settings. No waiting, no forms to mail – activate any tool instantly.
Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in Philippine Peso (₱). Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 7-day cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions.
Set a maximum session duration. When your time is up, phspib will display a clear notification and log you out automatically. You can also enable session reminders every 30, 60, or 90 minutes.
Cap the amount you can lose in a given period. If your net losses reach your chosen limit, phspib will prevent further wagering until the limit period resets – protecting your bankroll automatically.
Need a short break? Activate a cooling-off period of 1, 7, 14, or 30 days. During this time, you cannot log in or place bets. The period cannot be shortened once activated.
For a more serious break, self-exclusion closes your phspib account for a minimum of 6 months, up to 5 years or permanently. During self-exclusion, you cannot register a new account on phspib.
Enable on-screen pop-ups that show your session duration and net win/loss at regular intervals. A simple reality check can make a big difference in keeping your gaming in perspective.
Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is one of the most powerful responsible gaming tools available on phspib. If you feel your gambling is becoming a problem, we strongly encourage you to use it. The process takes less than two minutes.
Visit phspib and sign in using your registered email and password. Make sure you are on a secure, private connection.
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select "Responsible Gaming" from the dropdown menu.
Choose "Self-Exclusion" from the list of tools. Select your preferred exclusion period: 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, or permanent.
Review the terms of your self-exclusion and confirm. Your account will be closed immediately. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered address.
If you have difficulty activating self-exclusion, contact our 24/7 live chat team or email [email protected]. We will process your request immediately.
Warning Signs
Problem gambling can affect anyone – regardless of age, income, or background. phspib encourages all players to regularly check in with themselves. If you recognise any of the following signs, please reach out for help.
You are not alone. Problem gambling is a recognised condition, and help is available across the Philippines. phspib's support team is available 24/7 and can connect you with professional resources. Reaching out is a sign of strength, not weakness.
Self-Assessment
Answer these questions honestly to get a sense of where your gaming habits stand. This is not a clinical diagnosis – it is a starting point for reflection.
1. Do you ever gamble with money set aside for rent, bills, or groceries?
2. After a losing session, do you feel a strong urge to return and win back your losses?
3. Has anyone close to you – family, friends, or a partner – expressed concern about your gambling?
4. Do you find it difficult to stop gambling once you have started, even when you planned to?
How to read your answers: If you selected the third option for any question, we encourage you to use phspib's responsible gaming tools or speak with a support professional. Even one "often" or "yes" answer is worth taking seriously. phspib's 24/7 support team is always here to help.
Support Resources
phspib works alongside PAGCOR and other Philippine organisations to ensure players have access to professional support. If you or someone you know needs help, the following resources are available.
The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation operates a responsible gaming programme for all licensed operators, including player protection guidelines and exclusion registries.
The Philippine government's mental health and crisis support line is available to anyone experiencing distress related to gambling or other concerns. Available in Filipino and English.
Gamblers Anonymous Philippines holds regular support group meetings in Metro Manila, Cebu, and Davao. Peer support from people who understand what you are going through.
Our trained responsible gaming support agents are available 24/7 via live chat. They can help you activate any account tool, discuss your options, or connect you with external resources.
phspib's Commitment to PAGCOR Standards
phspib operates under the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). As part of our licensing obligations, phspib maintains strict responsible gaming policies, participates in the national self-exclusion registry, and trains all customer-facing staff in responsible gaming awareness. We submit regular compliance reports and cooperate fully with PAGCOR's player protection directives. Our responsible gaming programme is reviewed and updated annually to reflect the latest guidance from PAGCOR and international best practices.
Play Smart, Play Safe
phspib is at its best when gaming is fun, controlled, and within your means. Set your limits, use our tools, and play with confidence. Remember – you must be 21 years or older to participate.
